(no subject)
I should be doing homework, but I'm not.
I had a good weekend. Crazy night friday night but it was fun.
Saturday I had my play "Soldadera". It went well. It could have gone better but A.) It was a staged reading B.) We only practiced for a week. C.) This was the first time we had the whole cast together and ran the play. It was an experience and a good way to help me get into the Theatre dept. a little more. Saturday night we just watched movies and such.
Sunday I slept, went to lunch with Matt and, well that's about all.
Nicholas James is home for those of you who didn't know. Also thinking about it many of you might not know who Nicholas James is, well My mommy had the baby 6 weeks early and his name is Nicholas James. He is doing well and i really want to go home and hold him because when I saw him he was in an incubator and I couldn't. it's sad. He is getting baptized on the 12th so I will get to see him then as long as I can get out of ushering on that Saturday but I don't see that as a huge problem.
Classes are going well. i really love my acting and Theatre design classes. I am wicked excited for this summer's show with New Place because I am going to help so much more with the design aspect of the show. WOOOHOO! My history class is good, I have my first test on Friday and it is worth 30% of my final grade so I hope that I do well. Food Science is wicked easy and my first test in that is next Monday and it should be easy. My last class Love and Work is very interesting and not very difficult so I like it. i also have Dean;s Book but it is only once a week for 7 weeks. The teacher in that class is very amusing so I don't mind it. the only thing that is semi-annoying is my Theatre 110 performance management because I have to hang up posters and usher and the ushering is getting in the way of me going home to see the baby but once that is settled it will be fine.
Ok so this entry was very useless and boring. So for those of you who read it, I am sorry to have wasted your time. For those of you who didn't, well, you are not reading this so I will not say anything.
