AAAHHH! Acapella!
Crazy ass night. Ok well not insane but it was sure as hell stressful. So i decide to get invovled at UMass so I joing the minutemic compition. I was already nervosu but I would ge tover it.I spent all day today looking for the correct karaoke version of Killing me Softlty to no avail so i decide to sing Son of a Preacherman. I practice for a while and I am set. I get to the competition and I am ready to go at #7. Well you see performer number two decided that the song she was going to sing is Son of a Preacherman. i could not sing the same song as her so I end up singing Killing me Softly acapella. i never perform acapella it was soo nerve wracking. My leg was shaking so bad i felt I had terrets. It went ok. People clapped to the beat and whooped when i finished. i will find out tomorrow if i win. i hope I do. AHHH. So that was my experience.
