What are you waiting for to act against the current dictatorship in power?
On may 9 2007 (you know.. its like... few months ago?), Mr.Bush gave up this presidential directive:

In short, it names the executive power (currently lead by Mr.Bush) to act as a "coordinator"(dictator) of the government in the events of a "catastrophic emergency"(which is VERY vague by the definition given).
Bad isn't it? The VERY founding concept of the USA, the separation of the 3 powers of the government (legislative,executive and Judiciary) is only a bomb away from being blasted into history.
But things get even BETTER! Now we got this...

Yup... the government can now act against those blocking the "reconstruction" of Iraq. And according to this :
"(B) undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq or to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people;" (funny how economical reconstruction goes on before humanitarian reasons.. coincidence?)
Anti-war movements are guilty of undermining the war effort! And so, the government can make various act to any opposition against the war (since they are undermining the war effort by saying that it is bad!) like freezing their assets!

So yeah... why don't you stop deluding yourself of a worthless and empty consumerism in order to fuel your futile need of individualism and actually act? Your current government is illegal and rapidly turning into a fascist state (if it wasn't already one) which will make past-dictators seem like kids.
But yeah... I suppose since none of these things affect your daily routine of Sex/beer/movies/ MMO/Celebrities crap/ Cars / and other distractions... it doesn't matter right?
