Dear Trish:
Unlike you, there are some people who believe that Evan would have wanted Erika to move on. Unlike you, there are some people who will say what they feel without having to resort to trying to speak for others and to putting others down. No matter what, I will ostracize neither Peter nor Erika. I am happy to count them both as friends and would be honored to be likewise considered by them. I admit that there are times when I can barely or not at all stand Erika, but that holds true for almost all of my friends. Regardless, they are still my friends. When they need me, I am and will always be there for them. It's a shame that you can find neither happiness nor solace in the fact that after tragedy, people move on. If no one does, why continue living?
