Day 28
Last day on paeds already, jeez. I was only with them 3 days, but I talked to enough of them that I decided to go ahead and take a team photo with them anyway for completion’s sake. The senior doctor wanted me to send it to him so I guess it was a good thing I took it! I hung out on the wards the whole day, basically, and dropped off my usual souvenirs in the staffroom. Somehow heaps of people seem to know about Tim Tams here, and they all know it’s delicious. I didn’t realize its fame was so far-reaching, but there you go.
Went for a bike ride to the big supermarket I found a few weeks ago and finally found some late night discounts, lol. I only bought some breakfast food, but it’s good to know that if I feel like cheap sashimi and deli goods next week, I can get it. Sad to think I’ve only got another week left at this dorm before I have to go live with other people in a hostel… on the other hand, I’ll finally have internet in bed!
