I'm getting old...
Yes, I am 31 and I feel old. I never thought that 31 would feel old but it suddenyl has. I realized a few weeks ago that I was getting old before I am ready. I was at a department store doing some shopping and when I passed one of those big round corner mirrors, I saw this old guy with a bald spot starting on the top of his head. This didn't bother me too much until I realized that was me.
Where the hell did that come from? It just showed up one day out fo nowhere. I know it wasn't there a few months ago....It has really gotten me down lately when I dwell on it. Mostly because I don't want to be bald and ugly and old... I am only 31 years old! I can deal with being short...I can deal with most anything but this has really struck me hard and I can't even fully define WHY it is bothering me so much.
I keep thinking if I just come to terms with it...I mean, I've always had very fine hair...this shouldn't be a shock! Alas, it is a shock..and I am not happy about it...
I don't wanna grow up.
