OH YEAH!!
OH YEAH!!! I got invited to join a band!!!... don't know if I will actually make music but the guy who asked me said he would teach me how to play the guitar so he wouldn't have to do that and sing at the same time. It's funny how it happened too... I was playing my electric guitar in my garage with the amp I was using turned up kinda loud and I was practicing the intro to "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC when someone yelled at me from the other side of the street and said that I woke up his baby sister and called me an asshole. I was like.." Okay.. " and decided I would stop for now. Well, later on in the day he came over to my house and apologized for yelling at me then he started talking about his band that he is trying to put together and asked me if I would like to join. Needless to say I was like "... sure... " basically speechless because I suck yak nuts at playing the guitar but he said he would teach me so I think I might try it but I don't know if I will be with them long enough to make a cd because of the Job Corps thing I am going to in four months. But anyway YEAH!!! I'm gonna be in a band!!.. even if it's for a little while it'll be cool!! But yeah, that's basically the highlight of the past day and today.
