good day
I had a really good day today. My family and I went over to the VOMARC HamFest in Sonoma. I picked up a brass code key for $2. My dad walked away with the usual boatload of goodies. My mom spent the morning reading a good book. Guess there's something at a Hamswap for everybody.
After the swap, we spent the rest of the day wandering around the town. The northernmost California Mission is there, so we got lots of good pictures. And the cheese factory. Oh my , you could make a small meal out of all the samples I had today. We picked up, among other tasty delights, some wonderful habanero jack. For lunch, we went down the street to the Black Bear Diner (as if the cheese samples weren't enough). After lunch, we hit a few more local historic sites and came home.
