Ho noes they be slittin' my throat.
So I saw Sweeny Todd and I liked it a good bit. This is in some ways unfortunate as enough parts of the movie just seemed to not fall into place quite right. Were it a lesser movie, this would be easier to dismiss. However, as it was a good movie, it gnaws at me a bit. I could have done without the last 20 minutes of the film. The music was good but excessively repetitious in my mind.
But mostly it just reminded me of RPing a psychopath. Those six months I played a horribly twisted black spiral dancer, as much to the hilt as I could manage. o_o;; I dunno, there is something about returning to that mindset even a little that is creepy on some level.
