This poem wasn't written by me, and I don't have an actual date on it, either. It was written from a male's point-of-view, so don't look at it from mine, okay? I hope you enjoy it. Oh, and if the writer has some problem with it being posted here, just let me know and I'll take it down immediately. Everybody else, let me know if you like his work and would like to guess who wrote it. Thanks!
Whom to which my heart belongs,
Is indeed for who it longs.
Without one, my heart is dead,
For love is which my heart is fed.
It longs for love, this much is true.
I ask only this, will it be you?
I choose not who my heart will love,
It chooses one sent from up Above.
But who is it my heart will choose?
And who is it that my heart will lose?
I only hope it chooses well
Before the ringing of Heaven's bell.
I hope and pray
I'll meet her someday,
Before my time on Earth is done.
But who, may I ask ...
Who will be the one?
