Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 bar (4 ounces) German chocolate
1 package (18.25 ounces) plain yellow cake mix
1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup whole milk
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1. Grate the German chocolate.
2. Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil and eggs with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Fold in the grated chocolate.
4. Beat 2 more minutes @ medium speed.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake 33-35 minutes @ 325°F until golden brown and tops spring back when lightly pressed.
Makes 36.
