An expensive weekend

Attended the New York Renaissance Festival - http://picasaweb.google.com/dragynphyre/RenFaire2009.  A lot of the money I brought went to food, but I found an awesome carved Thor's Hammer for $25, and another piece of the costume (a belt that matches my velvet bodice and burgundy underdress) for $85.

Purchased two of this chair http://picasaweb.google.com/dragynphyre/Misc#5367976590424861890.  (Another view at  http://picasaweb.google.com/dragynphyre/Misc#5367976689468408834).  At the same store, I negotiated a purchase of 3 ottomans http://picasaweb.google.com/dragynphyre/Misc#5367977138041666082 for a previous week's $88 sale price, instead of the current $149.99 price.  They threw in a 5 year protection plan for free, since I opened an account.  No interest if it's paid off at the first billing next month, which it will be, especially since it's a 24% APR interest rate, 2% a month.

Also bought a 14 gallon wet/dry Shop-Vac, and a Kenmore canister vacuum for carpets and floors indoors.

More groceries, I swear, I cannot go to the grocery store without spending almost $100 each time.

Went through half a tank of gas, good thing I filled up for $2.41 when I took the car for inspection on Friday.
