Anyone have any ideas how I can convince Azrael to let me get this dog?

Not sure if the link will work, but if you go to the BC SPCA Website and do a simple search, she is under dogs and puppies for adoption at the Victoria branch of the SPCA, and her name is Deja.
I think we need each other.
We are going down to Victoria on Wednesday for servicing on the car. Any input between now and Wed morning would be greatly appreciated!
