Sewing, Sewing, and Flicking
Wow! Have I had a DAY for art! I've been watching my secret favorite show, Project Runway, and i got totally inspired to do a little sewing. Hand sewing, since the machine is well..not the best. I also loved the way my hair and makeup turned out today, so yay for art! I am just bursting with creativity!
First off, here is the chocker i made off a scrap i found on the art room floor. I sewed a pair of snaps on the back, so it looks nice and neat, and i can wear it again :) I am wearing a pink belt, and i have a pink hairclip in, so the pink in the chocker worked!
And here is a close up of my eye. I've been practicing the flick FOREVER!
Annnd last but not least, it may look a little shitty in this picture, but i spent 5.5 hours today sewing these stars onto a free pair of high top, green converse i have. There is cotton in the center to make them pop out a little...the black fabric is an old tshirt.
The light made the texture of the shoes a little funky...
so thats all my fun stuff for today! I'll update you tomorrow on whatever i come up with next! Cheers!
