So I need an icon that would contain "Caution:Extreme Nerdiness/fangirlism". Just to catch the main problems ;D

BOOKS!

To Read;

Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte

Secret Garden by Frances Burnett Hodgson

Dark Prince/Carpathian novels by Christine Feehan

Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman

Have Read & Thoroughly Enjoyed;

Eclipse series by Stephenie Meyer [AU, fantasy] - Vampires, Highschool, Werewolves. Really. Teen!angst and First Love drama. :D

Farseekers Chronicles by Isobell Carmody [AU] - One of the AU future novels I have loved since i was young. And still enjoy it today.

Midkemia/Magician novels by Raymond E Feist [fantasy] - And all the spinoffs. This series is brillent. Fantasy, dragons, magicans, mad gods and indefinable odds.

Discworld Novels by Terry Pratchett [humour, fantasy] - In for something funny and a little outlandish? Head no further! Dialog, plot & descriptive settings; each book is a wonderful read.

Good Omens by Terry Pratchett [AU, humour, fantasy] - If you like the Fairy Tales that get turned upside down, and inside out, add in humour, wit, banter and the End of The World, its not nearly close enough.

Anita Blake Vampire Hunter novels by Laurell K. Hamilton [AU, humour, fantasy] - The early novels are more enjoyable than the more recent; a bit more developed plot, character interaction and not so much the 1 million to 1 odds of winning. Pretty good Vampire books overall though. Complete with Sex! *le gasp*

Deverry Series by Katherine Kerr [fantasy] - Varying time lines, elves, dragons, magic, all unique and interwoven with history and logic. Masterful.

BitterBynde Trilogy by Celia Dart-Thornton [fantasy] - Fantastic. Apart from the rather abrupt ending.

Axis/Starman series by Sarah Douglas [fantasy] - Awesome.

Assassin's/Liveship Traders/Fool's Trilogy sets by Robin Hobb [fantasy] - I dont think i can do this justice. Just read it!

Northen Lights by Phillip Pullman [AU, fantasy, YA] - Though a bit childish, with repetitive sentencing, its still remarkable. (I havent graced C.S. Lewis yet though.)

[Need I add in Harry Potter? 'Cause its there]
