September and October 2012 Reading List
***SEPTEMBER***
~ A Dance with Dragons by George R.R. Martin -- Volume Five, A Song of Ice and Fire series
~ One Second After by William R. Forstchen -- Woah! Makes me a paranoid Amber... must go stock can goods...
~ One Last Kiss by Michael W. Cuneo -- I used to live in the subdivision this occurred in so my inner voyeur wanted to read it. Gets the facts out there but not very well written IMO.
I tried desperately to get into "The Casual Vacancy" by J.K. Rowling the end of September. For two weeks, I tried but alas could not get past the first 50 pages. The characters are just ALL so UN-likeable it's painful. I finally gave up the beginning of October and moved onto other things. I'll try it again at a later date... maybe I can use it for those nights when I just can't otherwise sleep...
***OCTOBER***
~ Dark Predator by Christine Feehan -- Volume 22, Dark Carpathian series
~ Into the Woods by Kim Harrison -- Short story anthology, half in the Hollows series, half out
Right now I'm re-reading "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien of course but I won't have it done before months end. I'm in the middle of two moves, one of which is mine. Hence I'm living out of boxes. Things are just a wee bit chaotic at the moment.
Plus I'm seriously considering doing NaNoWriMo this year but just came to this conclusion today thus have no outline, plotline, etc. No, I haven't been drinking. Why do you ask?
