It was, according to LJ, the best weekend ever. A lot of that, I believe, is down to the hour she spent on Skype with Torres yesterday. And the fact she bought herself the SHIELD Helicarrier, just a little while later, likely didn't hurt. True, but I'm sure I'd have found ways to enjoy that just as much. There are Barbie dolls of most of the DC heroines, after all ;)

When I made Grimlock scream that he'd saved the world by watching TV, LJ collapsed in the cutest-ever gigglefit. It lasted about a minute, and she was laughing so hard that she lost the ability to make sound and lay there on her floor, twitching. SO KYOOT!

LJ was so thrilled to hear this over the phone this morning, and asked me to thank you for it. My girl does a mean Prime, she does. Really gets his character.

You make her deliriously happy. Getting feedback on her games and ideas from another geek-girl in another part of the world is really validating and empowering for her. So thanks from me, as well.

Gotta love a story with Grimlock and TV helping to save the day. Really well done & I loved the reveal, to Prime, of the cheating by Starscream I would not have wanted to be on the receiving end of his righteous fury!!! Nice to see Banner make an appearance considering he is missing from SHS but I sense the impact of The Avengers EMH in this case. Modok as a basket ball was a very funny way to round out the story.

Loved the Fury/Gardner interaction I'm getting a real Batman/Gardner rivalry vibe. Good to see Fury finally doing what he does best; running SHIELD and living by his own rules.

Can't wait for the next installment.
