oh, whew! What a great sequel to that first part--conniving little thing, Dean! Poor Caleb getting swept away but trying so very hard to do the right thing made me like him even more. That was a sad bit of foreshadowing in the beginning, it made the rest of the story a touch bitter-sweet--as well as hot as hell. And you tripped one of my bullet-proofs--Dean so desperately looking for approval that it colors every aspect of his life.
