NC-17, yes, is the highest rating in the states (well, besides X but that's sheer porn). Yeah, I'd imagine that it corresponds to the 18 certificate. It stands for "no children under 17."
Edited video of Sam and Dean? Hmm. I've seen some manips that put them together as a kiss but it's very hard to do so and harder still to do it for a longer amount of time. If you want, though, you can start at Youtube and search for "wincest" (or search lj for video communities with an interest in wincest) in order to find fan vids. Sorry, I'm not too big on the vids so I don't really know any. =(

Leonidaslion is one of the most prolific writers the Supernatural fandom has ever seen. And amazing to boot. She is one of my favorite writers ever. =D I'm glad that you like her!
(no such thing as over asking). A "<3" is a heart. It is used in place of ♥ and the like. When the 3 is used a lot it basically means a lot of love (as in <333).
Hee. There's nothing wrong with being older than 21 (...by a bit, as well I hope >_> I'm not getting any younger here...).
