Seriously.
We went for his one-month pediatrician checkup, and while he's fully healthy and happy and thriving (he's in the 75th percentile for his length and weight at 22 inches, and 10 pounds, 7 ounces), he has "cradle cap." We thought it was just really bad baby acne and dry skin, but it's cradle cap. We were told to put Vaseline on his earlobes, which are also dry and scaly, and lotion on his head. And then "brush out the scales."
*sigh*
I guess it could be worse. Oh wait, it is. At 5am I was wiping baby boogers off his upper lip and, with a lack of anywhere else to discard them because I was in the middle of feeding him, cleaning them off on my t-shirt.
I know, this "partying like a rock star" lifestyle is just too much fun.
