Original Characters
Even though I have the oc_bigbang running and a safe haven called occhallenge, I'd love to run something where people can share their appreciation for original characters in fandom.
I know that a large chunk of them are Mary Sues and Marty Stus, but there are several that are fully realized characters. Many of them bring in a different perspective, while others bring in an interesting story. Still others fill a void in fandoms with too few female or POC characters, and fill it beautifully.
So, yes, I'd like to have some sort of appreciation for these characters. But I'm not sure what. What do you guys think?
