I rocked out last night to Family Force 5 and Flyleaf. Squished between Dragonhubby and a friend from work, I leaned over the railing of the balcony and sang to the top of my lungs.
As always, FF5 was awesome. Awesome, I say. They're always fun, and they always put on a good show. I'm sad they didn't do "Dance or Die" or "Put Ur Hands Up", but that's okay.
Flyleaf was pretty good live. The band was really rocking out. The lead singer, though, seemed kind of timid. She passed out bottles of water between songs, but she'd jerk her hand back as if she'd been bitten. Strange, but okay. Her voice still sounded good, though.
All in all, it was a good night.
Next concert experience coming up will probably be Hank Williams, III, on July 7. Dragonhubby loves him.
