All the Immortals we've known don't know where they came from. They know they're foundlings, and as far as they know, they've never impregnated anyone. That doesn't mean they know everything.

At least one author postulated that female Immortals lose all memories of pregnancy, labor, and birth, and that said pregnancies were much shorter than mortal pregnancies.

Certainly you could probably work out a hypothesis...
