Returning from Hiatus
Wow. It's been a loooong ass time since I last posted. Let's see if I can sum up the last month or so in a "short" post. ha ha
Let's go backwards, shall we? I found out yesterday that I have indeed made the MUSE Machine performance team with the Smarty Pants Theater Company, meaning that my acting is now, officially, a part-time job with good income. I'm so excited about it! Also yesterday, I beat the movie storyline arch from the new Spider Man 2 game (X-Box). Yeah, that was cool.
Last week I was on vacation in Florida with Rick and his family. Now THAT was a blast. I felt kind of bad, though, because I was taking up all of Rick's time and I know he really wanted to talk to Tiff some of the time we were there. Meh, either way... we both had a rockin' time and I got my Indiana Jones hat! w00t!
Umm... before that, there really wasn't too much going on, I don't think. Just doing my improv and hanging out with friends.. which can take up all of your time really quick. I'm trying to play less and less video games because they really are a waste of time... but some of them are just too damn fun. haha. Maybe if I stop altogether I can focus that time on getting a good girlfriend.... maybe.
Well, as far as the whole girlfriend thing goes... I dunno how I feel. Like, I really would like to have a girlfriend to talk to and care about and know they care about me... but those things get complicated fast, y'know? I don't really want a physical relationship right now. Like, kissing would be fine, but I really like to take things slow. Call me old fashioned. Whatever, that's how I feel. This is just the trickiest time EVER to find someone, y'know? Transitioning between high school and college leaves you to really only look at girls a year or two younger because everyone your age is leaving for college. That sucks the most, I think. It really makes me wish that I hadn't passed up so many opportunities in high school because I was with Anna. Blah, I dunno. I'm torn on that whole thing because I really loved the time I had with her. Meh.... that's all old news.
So, I guess that sums it up right now. Getting ready for college, doing improv, hangin' with friends, and looking at girls. haha
