1. Would you rather have three young sons (under eleven or so each) or three teenaged daughters?
Wow, tough question, since I am very happy with just the one son. But, if they were mine and I had raised them, I think I could handle three teenage daughters. Maybe. Three boys on the other hand might be a bit too much for me.
2. What is your favourite mixed drink?
Ah, so many to choose from it's hard to pick just one. The obvious choice is a martini of course. But I also enjoy margaritas and the occasional Sea Breeze. All these drinks have in common that they are some tv character's favourite drink. Heh, yes I am that obsessive/pathetic. :p
3. What software programme do you not fancy yourself to be able to live without?
That would be Paint Shop Pro 9 with Animation shop.. Although, I'm told Photoshop is just as good if not even better, but I still have to learn to use it - it seems a lot more complicated.
4. Macaroni&cheese or spaghetti?
Mac&Cheese is very good. That question is making me hungry. How long is it until lunch?
5. What is your fondest childhood memory?
It's hard to think of one now, usually when I talk about my childhood I re-tell the same horror stories, falling out of a tree at age four, getting a concussion from being knocked over on the ice by a highschool kid. But one of my fondest memories would have to be when we went with my dad to pick up mom from her job one day and she had a box for xerox paper and there was a kitten in the box. I don't remember us ever even talking about getting a cat, and knowing my mom it was probably somthing she decided on her own without consulting anyone else. But that was the first cat we ever had, and he was a cherished member of the family for the next ten years.
questions by
1. Have you ever had a nightmare after having watched a spooky movie?
Oh yes, I had some awful ones after watching Dracula, Prince of Darkness as a kid, but not since then as far as I can remember.
2. Poetry or prose?
I enjoy both a lot, but I do tend to read more prose. When it comes to writing, however poetry is easier. But I've never learned to write by the rules so it's strictly freeform poems for me.
3. Do you get homesick when you're a long way from home, even if it's just for a couple of days?
Not really, but I haven't been that far away much. If I am away I miss my kid a lot, but I miss him just being at work too.
4. If you had to leave your house for 24 hrs and were allowed to take only one item with you, what would that be and why?
That would depend on where I'm going and what I'm to do there. My cellphone maybe, so I can get in touch with people and they can get in touch with me.
5. What's your favourite comedy show?
Is M*A*S*H comedy or drama? If M*A*S*H is drama, then probably Scrubs.

I can't believe it's November already. Where has the time gone? I've started working again today, and from the looks of it I'll be working for the next six months (three at the very least). Not bad, all things considered. I really am more suited to working than being at home. Granted it will wreak havoc on my even now feeble attempts at studying but now at least I am getting paid, so there is considerably less guilt involved. I really should get my ass in gear though and finish my degree, this job isn't going to last forever.
Working moodkitty reminds me I should go fetch my glasses, before I get a headache.

Aww, crap! The person I'm supposed to be subbing for just called. Her operation has been cancelled again. This is not good news, since it means I'm probably out of a job again, but we'll see. Damn, damn, damn. Not happy now.

Yaaaaaaaaaayyy!!! she's going to be on sickleave until her operation, which has been rescheduled 'til the 7th of December. So instead of three months to begin with it's now at least four months. Wheeehheee!
