The good news is we got Maddy’s bedroom furniture sorted out *yay* The delivery driver and I messed around with it yesterday morning and, after several tries, came up with a set of drawers that closed properly :) I am so glad to be rid of that mess

Exactly! It just makes their work day more stressful, because some patients don't like being spoken to with that attitude.

Most don't. You're already feeling crappy. If you hate your job that much, then either do something about it or get another one.

Precisely! Customer service in any area is vitally important and some people just aren't cut out for the role.
