My boys showed their true form today and won *bounces* This means we’re into the Grand Final next week! They trailed for much of the game, but came through in the end to win by a goal (six points in our great game). There aren’t words to express how happy I am for them (not to mention relieved - the last six minutes of the game were agonizing).
Tori’s team also won today, so they’re through to the Grand Final as well *cheers* The result was never really in doubt, as her team came out strongly and out-scored their opposition in every quarter.
We had our football windup tonight as well. It was a good night :) My boys all behaved themselves and some even helped to clean up. Our coaches loved the gifts we brought for them - caricatures of themselves *g* The coaches brought me a lovely bottle of wine and my boys gave me a $100 voucher for the jeweller that currently has my diamond *beams*
