That's right, it's a winter sport...
Tori’s netball carnival was a success! Her team went through undefeated to claim the pennant and all the girls came home with mini pennants *so cute* The coach for the day told her if there was an award for the most aggression on court Tori would have won without contest *smirk* Her father is so proud *rolls eyes*
Maddy’s school team won today *woot* It was a particularly nice victory, because the opposition coach was really annoying - she was striding up and down the line bellowing instructions at her team, which is something that you’re not allowed to do in this age group, and basically driving everyone nutters.
Our flat screen is back in our lounge room, where it belongs finally! *woo hoo*
We did go to netball training this afternoon, but it was called off due to the weather and the fact that the courts were dangerously slippery. As you can imagine, I didn’t complain ;)
The weather is wet and cold *brr* It only about 16C today, which is warmer than yesterday, but still a lot colder than what we’re used to during the day. We were lucky with netball today, because it stopped not five minutes before the game and started again fifteen minutes after. Tori got a little wet, but she said they managed to avoid getting too wet, because they had byes when it was bucketing down.
I still have two Dreamwidth invitations, if anyone wants one!
