So i'm on a complete quinoa trip right now. I love it. It is easy to cook and is really tasty. It is also a complete protein (w/ 11g per 1/2 cup serving) and at 9.8mg of iron per serving it really is an ideal food for me right now w/ all the running i've been doing (which i did 6.5 miles in 89.5 mins this weekend :D)
I think i'm going to stop at the nugget on my way home tonight and pick up some red quinoa and some more fruit to make a oatmeal type breakfast cereal for tomorrow. the recipe was at
