YouTube is down, what shall I do? Hmmm, post how to download from YouTube?
1. Go to this website, VideoDL.
2. Follow the instructions on the site to download the video. Make sure you type in the extention .flv when it asks you where to save the file if it doesn't do it automatically. Also make sure the video you want is completely loaded before starting to download it.
3. Go this website, and download the Riva FLV encoder.
4. The Riva encoder is pretty simple to use. Just make sure that where it says "Destination Video File, that you change the extention from .flv to .mpg. That's what I overlook quite often. Click "Encode".
5. Choose your video size on the Riva encoder. The smaller size will have a bit better quality.
6. Now you have your video.
