Lets see...
Thursday night and time to get back to karate. God I miss it so much with swim team, well, at least a little. But now that swimming is later in the afternoon due to the pool opening up to the public I have time to at least go to the kid's class on Tuesday. I just skip swimming on Thursday, that class is good for me. It's most often a really hard workout followed by sparring and take-down and maybe katas inbetween. I'm actually learning to enjoy sparring, it helps to have an opponent that is about as good as you instead of ten times better. That way you can at least hit them a couple of time and work technique. Where as with the big guys you can't hit them no matter how hard you try, they're that good, but it does help to make me better faster, sparring with the big guys that is, or at least faster. That's what Sensei says I need to work on most, speed, if I get the speed the power will be there. I believe him, I try.
Ah yes, Saturday, a day off from my life, or was supposed to be, but, oh no, I had signed up to take the SAT at 8:00 in the morning. Well, it wasn't that bad, I guess, the reading I'm almost sure I did pretty good on, the math is iffy, but I think that I passed it. At least you don't get points counted off for the ones that you skip... hehe...
Sunday morning on to my first Swim Meet at UT. I don't know what they put in the water there, but it feels way different, it's a lot easier to swim in, and, what a concept, it's clean. Ever since our pool opened up to the public it's really nast in the afternoon by the time we get to it. Well, back to the swim meet. It's no surprise that I lost all my races, and was last in eery one of them too, but I improed on all of my own times by 4 seconds, I don't know if that's adrenaline or just me getting better though.
Welp, thinking bout starting my own website... I don't know though... with this comp. it would take years... my comp. has issues... anyway... off to breakfast... yes, I got up at 2:41 PM this afternoon...
