Well, I'm sure this will come in handy. I can't say I'm ungrateful, but I have to wonder if they can bring such things here, why don't they frequently send over supplies from other worlds instead of people?

Unless of course they expect us to resort to cannibalism...

Though I agree with you. There's plenty of other things they could be rounding up instead of what they do.

I haven't experienced much of it, but from what I've heard, it seems very passive aggressive.

I'm told they've actually used the chips to mess up peoples personalities, they refuse to give us any information, and strange things keep happening around here that aren't due to monsters.

Ye-es. The scientists put something in are bodies called 'chips'. I'm not sure what they are, but they suppress any unique powers like magic or superhuman abilities.
