I was wondering if anyone happened to have some colored inks or water-paints? Even colored chalks would work. I have a friend who would like to make a picture in color, and if you have these things and no use for them, well, he does. I thought I'd ask before I go looking for some myself.

Of course. Her name was Reisen, and she had a special ability that the Lunar Kingdom wanted to use as a weapon in said war. You see, Reisen was born with a rare gift... the Lunatic Eyes.

Have you ever heard stories of the full moon causing madness in others? These Lunatic Eyes were the source of it, and the Lunar Kingdom used them to keep the surface people of Earth in check.
