[A shuffling sound as someone gets up. You can hear the crunch of damp snow as they stand, albeit shakily. Everything sounds muffled, as if it's coming from inside a pocket or maybe a school bag.]
It worked... I'm sure it worked! There's no way I couldn't have destroyed the Philosopher's Stone... I certainly didn't get sent back again...But...

Ah.... you're new!
No, I don't think there is a Silver Star Tower anywhere near here.
Reply
This must be some very advanced magic to make such a thing. Is it made by a sort of Alchemy?
Um... if you don't know where the Silver Star Tower is, I'm sure if you just tell me where I am, I can find a map and I'll get back.

I'm afraid I don't even know what it is, miss. I'm very sorry.
You're... really not anywhere near home anymore. This is Discedo, on the planet Fortuna.
Reply
...It's a magic school, for gifted magicians.
[She sighs, sounding more resigned than scared or terrified.]
I... I see. Okay. I thought it would be something like that. I should stay positive. Um, what's your name?
Reply
Oh! Oh no, I don't think we have anything like that here at all.
I'm sorry... You certainly do take this better than many others do, it almost seems like you expected it.
My name is Abel. Father Abel Nightroad. And you are?
Reply
...Not so much as 'expected it' as 'didn't not expect it' if that makes any sense. I was in a position where anything could happen really.
Oh! You're a priest. It's nice to meet you Father. I'm Lillet Blan.
Reply
So you expected that you wouldn't expect it? [Oh God he sounds so confused]
It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Blan. Do you need any help where you are?
Reply
Mm! I expected the unexpected!
Some directions would be nice. It's a bit chilly out here. Ah! Right, I'm outside of what seems to be a hospital. Is there an inn here to stay at?
Reply
Well I guess that's a good thing! At least you'll never be taken by surprise!
The hospital? Oh no, there's no inn here from what I have seen, but there are apartments. I myself live in the high school, and that's just down the road from the hospital. However, if you head down this road, you'll come across a street sign that says Lander on it. Take that up until you reach Latimir and you'll find the apartments there.

Well, I don't think anyone is immune to that. But at least it means I can stay calm and try to think rationally.
Thank you very much, Father. I'll keep close to the buildings. The fog is pretty thick huh? Is it winter here?
Reply
You've been one of the calmer people I've spoken to when others have first arrived.
Actually, it's probably September now, or maybe the end of August. It's... strange here.
Reply
...I guess it is kind of spooky here. Sorry, it's just the past couple days have been so strange, it just feels like another unusual thing.
Wow. We must be pretty far north if it's winter already.
Reply
It is. Normally it's creepy enough, but with the fog it's just gone... silent. I wish I was a little more used to it though. I envy you.
Actually, I don't know how far north we really are. North enough for it to snow, apparently. But it's warmer now than it was a few days ago.

So the fog is unusual? ...I guess when there's a murderous ghost witch wandering the halls of your school as a way to keep students in their rooms at night, these things just seem sort of natural.
Hmm... there isn't any kind of map of this place?
Reply
It is. I haven't seen fog like this at all here, and normally you only see it on the ocean, or rather close to it...
Murderous ghost?!
There's only a map of the city.

Lujei isn't that bad, if you can find some way to amuse her and keep her feeling flattered.
You mean to say in this whole city, there isn't one globe? Not one world map?
