'DOLLARS' is an organization that is a level playing field--everyone is the same, there is no top or bottom. There is no registration or sign-up. You are free to call yourself 'DOLLARS' as you wish. What you do in the name of 'DOLLARS' is up to you to decide.
I might be missing something here... if there's no structure and (from what I can tell) no overall goal, is there any benefit to being part of ⌈DOLLARS⌋?
