I have stupid, drunk upstairs neighbors...
At around 11PM-ish, I heard a lot of chatting and partying on the 2nd floor, in the breezeway. It didn't bother me at first, but then after 1AM, it was starting to get irritating/annoying. One of my roommates called the police and the police came. When the party people saw the police car, they all ran and hide like rats/roaches. The policemen came to our door since my roommate called and asked what happen. I came to support my roommate about the loud noises that the upstair neighbors were causing at that time of night. It was quiet for about....30 minutes....And then, the loud party noises and chatting return. It appears that everyone got out of hiding once the coast was clear and just continue to party and chat loudly. I gave another 30 minutes (just in case if they were just saying goodbyes or what not). It seems that they're just partying still, so I called this time. My 2nd roommate woke up from the noises at her window. It appears there was also some domestic violence happening as well. After awhile, the noise got worse and was starting to infiltrate down to the first floor breezeway. My 2nd roommate the police. So my roommates and I just chat a little, waiting for the blasted noises to stop. It did stop at around 3AM, finally. My roommates and I finally went to our rooms.
That's when I found out the internet router was hiccuping. I was going to post this journal last night, but since I was "disconnected", I couldn't.
And right now, at 3PM today, I'm hearing loud music upstairs of me.
I hate my upstair neighbors. I wish they'd move out. They were very disrespectful to other neighbors and drink and smoke too much.
