Sooo Old
My side is killing me, feels like a bruised or torn tricep / rib muscle. Well howd ya do that one might ask. Today was the day to get the Christmas tree so bravely we set out to local lots at 9am. At the first lot a black spruce of 12 foot height was found. Now the nice thing about the new house is that the inside ceilings are 12 feet at the centerline of the house. Well the guys gets this tall narrow tree, which is what I want on top of the mini van and we head home.
Get home and bring all the boxes in from the garage, get the area all prepped and I go out to get the tree off the van. Now for the last 6 years I have moved the tree by my self, hand at mid trunk one at the base three feet of lever and three of tree. Ohhh yeah the tree isn’t 6 foot this year its 12, that’s 9 of dead weight. Fell my side twinge on the lift and get inside, now about 12-14 hrs after if I take a deep breath it hurts and laughing damn near killed me.
But the tree looks good… Green and white lights this year. Will kill for a camera soon
