Oh hey it's that Graham guy posting again
So I got a Gamefly account http://friends.GameFly.com/r/d9e9dbc8e519102a919d (;p incase 'you' wanted to sign up, eh eh? yeah didn't think so)
We'll see how that works out in a month or so.
Basicly I got it because Michaela baught me a Wii for my birthday... wiiiiich means I want to play games on said wii... HOWEVER! Hastings doesn't seem to have much of a Wii selection for rental (they have plenty of wii games to buy though -_-;) so yeah, Figured I'd give gamefly a shot. Since I Quit FFXI the monthly fee for gamefly wont be much different on my bank account.
Honestly I probably wouldn't spend quite that much on rentals in a month (I'm a terribly frugal person at most times and will talk myself out of things) but if I WERE to rent 3 games in one month(1week each) it'd be about the same cost as the gamefly fee, but gamefly lets you have 2 games at once indefinately... so 2 games(that can change at any time) for a month would be the equivilent of 8 rentals from hastings.
Ofcourse this partly depends on how quickly the games are actually mailed to me... if it's a 1-2 week wait that would be really frustrating(I don't trust the us postal system anymore after the orange box incident) wich is actually why I got the 2 game account rather than the 1 game account... it's only 6$ more per month and it allows you to have one game that you're playing, and another that you're returning or playing next.
Anywho, how are things in the world of Graham... pretty good, I got my Dental Benefits Card in the mail today(yay!) Though the benefits don't go active till december(boo!)
Work is fun, we keep hiring new people every time I turn around, it's getting kindof crazy. but thankfully none of them suck at their jobs so far (knock on wood)
Michaela is excessively stressed about her job and her schooling though... =/ and some of the stress is bleeding off onto me wich isn't fun at all. Though I was the same way a while back so I'm copeing with it. mmmm what else?
We baught a synthetic christmas tree a few days ago, it's pretty cute. We don't really need to decorate it beyond getting a tree topper due to it having fiber optics in it that make it look like it's a constant fireworks display, I kindof want to look into buying an alternate color wheel for it though, I want more than .5sec of blue, and I'd prefer a dark blue rather than a sky blue but eh. I'm not actually sure anyone sells the color wheels for it... but... it couldn't be too hard to make one, it's just colored plastic in a wheel shape with some holes in it for the gears.
