wow it's ben a wile
well it realy has. track season is over. i start training in monday. for my first marathon. in november i'm running a 5k a with my coach. things with jeremy are going realy good. we have a pickneck thing tomorrow. mom was in jail for drugs. Kay (her freind) is not good for her. shes a crack whore so who cares. life was good with her gone and i cant stand her now. i think im more just mad at her. well thats an update.
