The Work of the Devil, I Tell You
Broilers are the work of the devil. I put my parmesan bread in earlier this evening and it was coming along perfectly fine. I turn around for a moment A MOMENT to move some pans so I have a place to put them when I take them out, then I turn back around, and BAM! Instant charcoal. Honestly! I couldn't have looked away for more than 20 seconds! DAMN BROILERS!!!
