So. For the past two weeks, I've been working on a version of an outfit worn by Ayaki Nao in one of the Takarazuka performances of Elisabeth (specifically Moon Troupe). For the curious, it's her outfit during the Yami ga Hirogaru sequence. Look it up on YouTube.
The outfit is essentially composed of several elements: knee-high heeled boots, black velvet vest, black pants, gray long-sleeved shirt, and a black jacket.
The vest is complete all for the closures. Black pants I've got lying around. No big.
However, the issue I'm running into is with the jacket. It's not a difficult jacket by any means. I did, however, buy the pattern in the wrong size. @____@ Yeah. Which led to me widening neck holes and arm holes and whatnot... and having to adjust everything else in the process. Pain in the ass.
Let this be a lesson to you all. When buying a pattern, MAKE SURE IT'S IN THE RIGHT SIZE.
