Daijrin Replacing Koujien, Wisdom Replacing Green Goddess
I've used these dictionaries long enough to give my opinion, and now that I've passed Kanken Lv. 2, my opinion counts.
Koujien and Green Goddess are total ripoffs. Daijirin and Wisdom are just as good(if not better) I-dictionary apps and cost a hell of a lot less. Given GG's pedigree, I would always look up words in it first, but in looking up words with both GG and Wisdom, more often than not, I would find the entry in Wisdom more useful.
Regarding Daijirin, it's no coincidence that it's been the #1 J->J dictionary app on the iTunes store since it's release. It is THE BEST, in terms of cost, value as a dictionary, and functionality as an app.
Haven't used Eijirou in quite a while, but I guess it's handy just to have around.
