Phew!!!

Just got back from my upgrade session at the gym.
Who'd have thought that just changing the angle of your feet woould make so much differences to the exercices.!

She's got me doing slow, controlled muscle work on all the chairs and fast cardio burn work on the beds this time.

I was absolutely shattered when I finished. Could really feel where I'd been working those muscles.
I love the fact that they tailor the exrcises to each person so you can work on the bits you need and take into account any weaknesses you have.
It always feels harder when you start a new upgrade but this one seems really tough. Oh well, gotta stick at it as it's working so far.
