At work right now trying not to move as my body wants to empty my stomach all over my workplace. I'm having a debate on weather or not I should call around and see if someones willing to come in and take my place.

The other option is getting something to eat and seeing if it helps.

Feel Terrible, I'm sweating like a pig and it's quite cold in here. I'm going back to doing my job now.
