R.I.P. Gina Hotta
I'm still in shock. Its really so sudden and so so sad. Gina Hotta, my friend and co-host on Apex Express passed away suddenly of a heart attack that happened last night, and she died early this morning.
I still can't believe it, how a person is here one moment, and in the next gone. She wasn't even that old.
Ironically, I stood outside waiting for the bus this morning, and had a strong feeling and thought about how short our lifetimes are. And how I committed to strive to live each day to the fullest, as if it was my last, doing everything I feel I was put on earth to do, and being who I was meant to be.
Then, around noon, I heard the news of her death. Today has been such a crazy day. Can't help but to really really appreciate this life.
