Having a slight problem ...

I have returned once more! But before I do much of anything like getting you up to date on my life I have something that is bothering me that maybe one of you guys can help me out with :p. Okay what I want to do is to put a certain picture in the background of my livejournal to serve as the background. However, I cannot seem to do it, do any of you know where to go to put a particular picture in???
