Weekend update
Busy, busy, busy - again!
On Friday evening cyberchezza & I went to see Journey South
A friend of mine had some free tickets & asked if we wanted to go, so, not having ever heard of these guys but all for a freebie, I said yes. They were very easy to listen to & clearly enjoyed their singing & audience interaction. Regrettably the support act was a 16 year old teenager, who was trying too hard. cyberchezza said it was like going to a karaoke whilst she was singing. Fortunately she only lasted 20 minutes...
Then Saturday we went to Uncle Henry's for a "Welly Walk". This was a walk around their farm trail, wearing wellies, followed by their full brekkie. It was most enjoyable & the brekkie was yummy!
I even found time to use one of Dad's marrows & make some marrow chutney (only 2 more of his marrows & 2 of mine to go..)
