Hey Mr. Postman
I have had a terrible time with the post office latley, and have come to grips with the power that institution has over my well being. They lost my rent check and stopped my mail, which kept me from getting paid for about a month. Now that everything is fixed and found I am left tring to get things back together.
Having some people over on Friday, now that I finally have my place together and my life together. I got a new laptop, which has been really wonderful. Spring break has been productive for once, and much fun has been had, as well as many things have gotten done too. (which is equally important right now)
I am going to this movie premier on Saturday at the Royal Oak Music Theater, something a friend of mine put together called "Metro Shorts", and it looks like its going to be quite a big deal. Andy Menko's film, which I am in, will be shown, along with some other local films, and a few fully produced films from local producers. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun, but it is expensive, and I already have plans for that day. I guess what I am afraid of is that this is just a lot of hype. I guess I should go anyway, just to show my support, since my friend did put up a lot of money and there has been a lot of work put into this thing from all sides. I'm actually kind of nervous about it, to be truthfull. What am I going to wear? (ha) This looks like it's going to be a lot of fun.
