Long time, no Post.
It's been a hella long time since I even saw this, but I figured I already have it so I may as well use it, seeing as only my true friends will even care this is up.
The last post I saw was back in 2005-10. Alot has changed since then. I haven't gotten my sergeant yet, but I'm not that worried about it, seeing as I'm fittin to get out in less than 75 days. WOOT!!! It's a very scary prospect, but I think I'll be able to transition quite well.
I figure there's 97% of the population who are not in the Army, I think I cn fit in just as well, if not better. I plan on going to college. I'm applying to UTSA, VCU, Seton Hall, and another I still haven't actually decided on yet. I chose (somewhat) of a major. Forensic Anthropology, and am goign to be following a pre-med track.
Give a prayer for my boys, they're in Iraq. 0:)
I, otherwise, am doing alright. It's been real hard trying to get everything together for the transition, and the choice of where to go is overwhelming. I like the idea of staying here, seeing as 4 of my godchildren are here. (Antonio is in VA beach, Anthony, Bradley, and Abbigail are also at Ft. Lee.) Omaris will also eventually be coming here, seeing as Ron is goign to get stationed in Ft. Bragg.
The love life has been rocky, and I find myself wishing to be back in high school as far as that's concerned. There was alot less bullshit to deal with when it came to relationships. haha.
