The return of the killer weekends.
You ever have the feelng where you could count on something happening, but you ignored it, hoping that optimism will make ur insecureness leave without a scratch? How about that was 75% of my weekend.
I was following TJ in my Tiburon, doing aboot 55 (the speed limit pessimists.) I looked over to my mirrors and looked back up and TJ had slammed on his brakes. I went to hit mine, with no reaction. There was nothing. Zero. No slowing down. I down shifted and tried to go into the grass and around, but I hit a bump and my cra went flying into a tree. Apparently trees can't move oot of the way, and my poor Tiburon was smashed like a tin can. I hit the steering whell with my chest, and I could not breathe. I went 20 seconds without a breat, till my lungs finally opened up, and the sweet air rose into my lungs. Adrienne (TJ's cousin who was riding with me, jumped out of the car, while I sat there, shocked. i didn't wanna move in case I had hurt my neck, but I heard someone saying that the car was going to catch on fire,so I mustered up all the strength I had and climbed oot of the car, cursing all the way. I have no idea how, but by some miracle , I survived. The night is far from over.
I went to the ER, on the stretcher and neck holding thingy, the whole nine yards. While I'm there, I find oot that I'm allergic to Cat Scan Dye, the hard way. I began to sneeze, in conjunction with my horrible chest pain, this wasn't good. There was also a gang firefight RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL . It was crazy killer shit.
I was kept overnight, discharged the next day. I found out I have a huge bruise underneath my sternum. It had a bit of bleeding, so they had to monitor me. My car is gone. Just completely caput. My airbags deployed, and with my seatblets, they were enough to save my life. I was told I'm lucky to be alive.
I come home to some more bad news, then more. I have no idea how I'm going to get out of this gutter mood. Work is going to get worse. I can just feel it.
I am gettign promoted June 1st, if they'll let me now that I have a profile. I also received an Army Achievement Medal for some high-speed training that i excelled at.
Memorial day weekend....go down to FL? or spend time in Jersey with Tj and Missa? Need answers.
